A graduate of Edinburgh University, Pam has a wide range of
consulting and line management experience in the public and the private sectors. In central Government her
policy and operational responsibilities included health, social security and criminal justice as well as
a No. 10 Efficiency Scrutiny. She also held HR and Planning Director posts in the Health Service. Private sector roles
included change management and strategy development in the leading edge Shell Scenario Planning Team.
Pam specialises in the following areas:
- strategic development and implementation, particularly gaining alignment and managing tough organisational challenges
- scenario planning and development and deployment of scenarios in creating strategy
- organisation development and design
- workshop design and facilitation
- leading and coaching strategic change in professional organisations, including scientists, lawyers, doctors
