the outcomes and acquire some tools, techniques and methodologies from us. We aim to leave behind in the organisation the
capability and processes to sustain the strategic planning programme.
All TOSCA consultants have had line management experience so there is a strong practical streak in
all that we do. Sector experience covers the full range - public sector, business services, energy, financial services, retail
etc. Skills include market analysis, strategy development, research and analysis, organisation development, process development,
operational improvement, employee commitment, scenario planning, workshop design and facilitation and learning and skills transfer.
