Graham helps organisations that are struggling to cope with change and so failing to achieve their business goals. He uses a range of workshop 'tools' sourced from anthropology, psychology and complexity theory. The purpose is to trigger in each individual an increased level of self-awareness. Delegates are encouraged to challenge personal beliefs, values and assumptions and to consider how social patterning and habitual behaviours can slow progress. Every workshop has a theme and Graham uses other accelerated learning techniques - including fun - to improve learning rates and help achieve those 'Aha! moments. All Graham's workshops are memorable for participants whether because they have built a bridge successfully or learned how to drop an egg intact from 30feet!

Johan works at the interface of communication, people management and scenario thinking. He has held several roles in the Royal Dutch Shell Group of Companies, both in the UK and Europe, including issue management, organisational development, HR management and communication. He is currently a senior lecturer and researcher at the University of Central Lancashire and at the School of Advanced Study of the University of London, specialising in the philosophy of human communication. His practical experience in management ensures a realistic and results-oriented approach, whilst his theoretical background ensures solutions and insights are deep enough to have impact.
